Develop a UN System-wide Climate Emergency Action Plan, reducing GHG emissions to stay within 1.5 degree goal of the Paris Agreement.

The UN should set targets adressing all aspects of the UN’s environmental impact. 

The UN’s climate neutrality calculations should take into account outsourced operations and collectively we should aim for zero emissions.

As such, all UN entities should have policies and resources in place by December 2019 to reduce GHG and offset meaningfully any GHG that cannot be reduced, including covering outsourced activities, travel, food, building facilities, transport, water and waste.
