In order to train the general human resource of a nation in AI, educational institutions can offer specialized programs in AI along with general computer science. Additionally, professors can attend refresher or training courses where they are made aware on the recent advances in AI which they can in turn share with their students. Regular meetups can also be sponsored by industries or government bodies where discussions and implementations on AI algorithms can happen. Hackathons on solving problems with AI can also be organized with attractive incentives which will hopefully motivate people to use their technical skills for a practical purpose.
