We think that one of the biggest problem of the World Trade Organization (WTO) is that the negotiation rounds only focus on business. The question of the human rights is never considered because the organization thinks it is the duty of the member countries to bring that on the table. We propose to give a greater importance of human rights in the negotiations. Therefore a reform of the institution could be interesting. Members should be compelled to integrate this aspect in the discussion. We think that Switzerland should promote this idea.
