In order to solve the lack of AI inclusion, there are governance mechanisms that need to be taken into consideration. For instance, international cooperation through intergovernmental platforms.

Global governance provides a good framework for all the necessary processes to solve the problem of AI inclusion. Mainly, this issue can be tackled through discussions and cooperation through the intergovernmental organisations. In this sense, State members are to be well represented and have a voice. States cooperating worldwide may be the dynamics we need to deal, not only with the global, but also the local, regional and national level. This can fulfil the need for building capacity in AI in the public sector, especially in developing countries. If that is to happen, countries would be in position to developing enough policy initiatives for stimulating AI.
