We propose a study to prove the value of providing algorithmic transparency to improve service design

Issue: AI often leave users in the dark about the inputs/levers that go into making decisions that impact them.

Solution: We're proposing a design research project to determine the value in providing algorithmic transparency to users. We hypothesize that providing greater transparency leads better consumer behavior, and more loyalty to a product. The project aims to identify incentives for companies/?? to provide explanations.
