The technology keeps advancing and developing whereas the law lags behind. There is little knowledge concerning the existing laws facing the challenges of technology specifically the AI revolution. Our solution to this issue is that the government (e.g. Bundesamt für Informatik und Telekommunikation) establishes focus groups comprising of specialists (eg. lawyers, corporate leaders, scientists) in the field of legislation. They shall be assigned with the task of closely analyzing the current laws and coming to conclusions, helping to foster the creation of new laws. With these implemented laws, the goal is to close the existing gaps. In order for this process to be successful it is crucial for the integrative work to be shared with the society so they can establish general knowledge and give their input. This input further helps to develop the establishment of new laws.
