In 2045, care work around the world is recognized as a real profession and remunerated fairly. Due to this paradigm shift, care work is no longer a stereotypical women's profession but executed independent of gender. Care work is understood as a societal assignment and valued as decent work. The UN therefore sets guidelines or proposes a framework convention.
