In 2045, University-level is not the paragon of education. The paradigm has changed and practical and informal education is recognized as an integral part of a working international education system. The UN should lead the path by hiring more employees with a practical, informal and regional background than higher educated individuals. Moreover, a multilateral agreement recognizing informal and practical skills across the world would allow to solve many inequalities in terms of diploma and knowledge recognition and therefore to market access.
