The protection of human labour is going to be protected by three specific rules. These rules are going to be implemented by an institution that stays over the national states.

Problem statement:

One consequence of AI could be high unemployment, even highly qualified work could be endangered by the progress of AI and automatization. Unemployment, however, can lead to social problems like high rate of criminality, a radicalization of the population and social unrest among others.

Solution:

1. Due to the high unemployment, a basic income would be the first base of the solution

2. A quota inside companies that regulates the percentage of human and artificial labour

3. The third solution would be the idea of protected jobs. Jobs that are forbidden to be replaced by AI

Implementation:

This set of rules has to be implemented by an institution that stays over the national states, for example, the European Union.
