Candidates send their online promotion plans to an independent body who will then analyse, verify and publish the information to the public and explain how, and why they are targeted.

The information, which must include the algorithms that the organisation will use, should be submitted to an independent, non-partisan task force by a decided pre-election deadline. The information should contain platforms, algorithms, and other technology tools that candidates use in their online campaigns. The task force consists of people who have a holistic understanding of algorithms, technology, and campaigns/marketing. Once receiving the information, the task force would then analyse the information and publish it to the public via an open, live-streamed hearing. They would explain to the electorates why and how they are targeted.
