Assessing the different implications for people of different genders of any foreign policy action, in all areas and levels.

A femenist foreign policy should define objectives identifying clearly the impact on women. For that, specific indicators on the impact on men/women should be set. That should apply also to all agreements (trade, invetsment, etc) being negotiated internationally. For that, gender experts should be consulted or included during the process of definition of policies, programme, etc. It is wrong to think that just by involving women, a policy or a programme will be gender responsive.
Also, engagement with relevant women associations should be considered.
