States should try to make their decision-making bodies representative of the whole society and achieve gender parity in their decision-making bodies by 2025.

Women are still underrepresented in most decision-making bodies. In addition, marginal groups are also often excluded from decision-making processes. Therefore, we demand states to form decision-making bodies which are representative of the WHOLE society by 2025. This includes the implementation of full gender parity, but also the stronger representation of marginalized groups.
In addition, we ask to ensure that the decision-making bodies are informed by expert knowledge. This requires to form a long-term dialogue format between the decision-making bodies and different expert groups.
