As a solution there needs to be a focus on gender equality, otherwise it is never going to be a prioriy in companies or organisations. In order to be effective there should be two-way communication between organisations and different levels of society. Another important part is education from locals to locals. Therefore we think the leaders, but also ministries, associations and NGO's need to act.
