All citizens of the world can go to any country to work, and are defined by a special residential status that defines them by their skills and not by nationality or anything else.

In an increasingly global world, more working mobility across borders is necessary for a more equal world. Therefore we propose to create a special residential status for all workers around the world, that are not restricted to a nation. A idea in achieving this is by creating general standards across all borders which describe your skills and the work you are suited for. Migrants can testify those skills in specified, non-governmental, UN-led offices with several locations around the world. This way migrants are judged solely by their skills, and it will be easier to match people's skills with the demands of work globally.
